Peace Of Mind - Wheat beer - 4.8%

Brewed with orange peel in the whirlpool. We used a chunky wheat malt bill to give it that lush hazy colour and the sweet body you would expect from the style. We used Amarillo hops to add to the citrus and orange flavours in the beer and bring it all together with the slightest hint of bitterness. The beer finishes with a delightful orange and banana flavour followed by mild clove with a smooth sweetness throughout.
